The article “As Trump arrives for rally, El Pasoans say history shows he was wrong about their city” is mainly about how Trump talks about putting a wall in El Paso.  He says that the wall which was built in 2008 has caused less crime in El Paso, but the article disagrees with what Trump has to say. The article states that El Paso was not a bad city and had less crime before even putting a wall up. An increase in Border Patrol officers really is what reduced crime. But now since building a wall between El Paso and Juarez, there has been more crime and more violence. This article is worth reading because it talks about that what happened in El Paso can also happen to other cities and towns in Texas.
